I had a great time in Florida. Nothing beats hanging out with family and friends and not thinking about finding a job. Yes, of course, I was looking and applying to jobs almost everyday, but I wasn't too concerned about it.
I helped two of my aunts at their schools with their students, helped my mom go new car shopping (which is REALLY nice, and she REALLY deserves. The only thing I didn't like about the car is that I wasn't the one to plop down a stack of cash and buy it for her...but in due time!) I had lots of dinners/lunches with family and friends. Went to Disney with a kindergarden pal which brough a bit of new life to our friendship...and had a WONDERFUL time!!! (Thanks for coming and braving the cold with me!) Did some shopping, got a hacked Wii, and got lots of much needed sleep.
It was a good time, and while I was a bit sad to leave (and sad I didn't get a chance to ride--next time guys,) I think it was just what I needed to get my mind back in order to tackle this job front and be open to the fantastic opportunities God has for me in 2012!
So, here's to this year...where I am believeing for things beyond my wildest imagination...for all my family and friends. Thanks for reading...I'll try to do better about posting.
