Today was also pretty uneventful, except for the fact that I got the chance to spend the afternoon babysitting a friend's three month old baby girl...and she was a cutie.
It was only the little one's second time without her parents since birth, and she did pretty good. She did have a couple of brief moments of clarity, when she realized I was neither her mother or her father and subsequently told me about it via her baby talk...ahem, that is crying.
But the day was generally cry free; she ate, she slept, she went the the bathroom, we played, we went for a stroll around the neighborhood, we talked and sang. It was a good day. But now I'm tired and I'm going to sleep...
